Kenosha Murder Suspects Arrested

Kenosha Police have arrested both suspects wanted for the shooting death of Rob Wilde The 18-year-old cook was killed during an armed robbery at Shirl s Drive-In Sunday night
Daniel Gonzalez 23 was arrested in Kenosha just after 9 p m Wednesday Police did not release any details on how he was captured
Julian Jerome Miller 28 arrested at 12 30 a m Thursday in the area of 39th Ave and Washington Road Miller tried to flee but was captured according to a statement from Kenosha Police
Both Gonzalez and Miller will be held until charges can be forwarded to the District Attorney s office
More details of the arrests will be released at a 10 a m press conference on Thursday
Both suspects are believed to be gang members They both have extensive criminal records
Police Chief John Morrissey said the suspects were seen early Wednesday morning in the Green Bay area
The men were also seen at a convenience store in Franklin on Tuesday
This is an assault on this community It s an emotional thing for everybody in the community Morrissey said
Wilde s parents talked publicly about their grief for the first time Wednesday So many people loved him He touched a lot of people s hearts from adults to kids I can t say enough about him said Mark Wilde
The family pleaded for members of the public to call investigators with tips about the suspects I m asking for anyone with an ounce of integrity out there and compassion to report the whereabouts of these persons they re looking at said Tammy Wilde It is apparent that they have no respect for life
My son grew to be a wonderful young man And his life was taken from him she said
