Perry initiative targets trans-national gangs

Governor Rick Perry announced an aggressive new initiative Monday at the State Capitol designed to stop trans-national gangs — like MS-13 the Texas Syndicate and the Mexican Mafia — from terrorizing citizens and committing violent crimes
